The video starts when the big beko is at 600rpm the other beko is balancing and the hoover is balancing after the two bursts. Even though the hoover finished second I'll give the beko second place due to the balancing problems
The white beko finished first and it has first place. Even though the hoover finished second the black beko will take second place due to the balacing problems and hoover will be given a 10 second time penalty for not bursting after spin.
The Hoover would spin for longer even after the balancing issues (when you set the spin only it gives you a time on the display which doesn't includes any bursts or initial slow spin)... that's what gives you a better spin-dry performance in the end. When I had the Beko here, items spun at 1400rpm would take a quarter of an hour longer in the dryer to dry as opposed to the Hoover (also set at 1400rpm) therefore requiring more electricity to run the dryer.
