Hey there. Thank you very much for sharing this clip. It means a lot to me because my mom is a recent bilateral amputee. It is people like you that give us hope to restore the "mobility" for her. Thanks.
@@ChristofferLindheTripleAmputee I have a question for you. For your prosthetic arm, the palm just open and close only or do they also turn palm up and palm down ( supination and pronation)?
Cchld X damn, didn’t know they were so expensive, but at least they help a lot of people without limbs. This guys is really strong and confident, for sure his an inspiration 🙏🏻
@@vinnytheca4204 that's awesome dude no unfortunately I really wish I were though and please dont say no I don't nobody can begin to know or understand how I feel
Thanks you so much! I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old, and they both understood everything you said. Thank you for giving us insight into life with prosthetics! I really really appreciate it.
Hello thank you so much for making this video it allows other to see that people with disabilities can do anything they set their minds to I have a learning disability and epilepsy and yet we do have something in common we do not let our disabilities stop us and all the best to you and keep up the great work
Thank you for taking the time to share and explain how everything works. Love your attitude, and wishing you the very best in life!!! You simply amaze me!
hats off, don't know why that happened but your acceptance and fight is amazing. You are an incentive for researchers to develop limbs of blood and flesh.
Thanks for posting videos like these Christoffer. I'm a prosthetic researcher and its sometimes difficult to find personal accounts that aren't about multi-million dollar research programs.
You are a Hero .we are blaming for nothing most of us , instated of working or accepting our blessing , for the scratch on our face look how u are .I am proud of you , love you brother and respect you all the time whenever I watched your video. And let God Bless them more for those who brought the idea .stay blessed by wishing you more bless in your life time.
My lifelong best friend was born with half her arm not formed. She’s worn a prosthetic since I’ve known her and I actually kid you not- I did not know she had a prosthetic until she told me/showed me like 4 years into our friendship!! I legit DID NOT NOTICE. I still forget lol. We’re adults now and we both have children and now she has a nice fancy arm that can do anything a regular arm can do! My bestie never let her arm hold her back. She shines like the sun. :)
Hi I'm very glad to hear this. I can clearly read between the lines that you tow are best friends. And your comment really made me glad. So tell your best friend hello from me :)
Hello, Christoffer. Thank you for this video. This kind of information is truly useful for me, and perhaps it will be also for some of my patients. It's my first view on your channel. Greetings from the Patagonia region in Argentina.
Good evening cris...i dont know what to say because i am poor in english...but i am really admire u. I am stroke patient for almost 4yrs ago. I wish that maybe i can move my right arm and leg just like what you did.
Brings tears to my eyes. I hope the technology will go further to make it easier. My interest is because my sister is disabled by brain aneurysm. May be computerised prosthetics could help. Thank you for sharing a demo. God bless you.
Kudos to you for getting a surgical implant of the titanium peg. This is something I could never do. I pretty much use an arm powered prosthetic, which was fitted since birth and its really hard to incorporate the Myo into my daily routine as I am so used to the hook. I don't think a Myo can withstand the vibrations of drumming either. However, you are doing great and I am happy for you! All the best to you and your family!
Thank you for the informative video! We came across this through Google, my son asked how does a prosthetic arm work? This was a perfect demonstration of how they work and how different prosthetics are used for different activities.
I like it to because im one of as . i was amputated my left arms 2007. i saw u in internet . i hope someday we have a person volunteers to donate a prosthetic to me
Amazing video, and such a positive outlook, when i saw the terminator arm, i thought you were going to explain how good it is for dealing with difficult people, one chop and the noise they making in your ear ...becomes silent.
