Eden’s portrayal of Bianca definitely saved my life. I was home sick from school one day when I was 12, and I was just flipping through channels when I stumbled across AMC and it was a scene with Bianca and it blew my mind. I already knew that I was attracted to other girls, but seeing a person like that on tv for the first time in my life made me realize that it just might be ok. I could never thank her (and the writers) enough.

It was so good to see Susan, Alisha and Eden together again 🔥

All 3 Are Gorgeous Women💝 But To My Mom When I Was Growing Up...ERICA Was EVERYTHING😁 My Mom Watching All My Children With Her Coffee And Cigarettes Is Soo Funny To Think About Now🦄

All My Children lost so many great actors and actresses. If they were to bring the show back in some way, it will never be the same again. Most of the originals are gone. We only have Susan Lucci who was there from the beginning.

Kendall is still fine after all these years she never aged a bit.

This was wonderful to watch. I'm a lifelong (literally watching since the early 70s) AMC fan & Erica was everything to me. I remember every onscreen moment mentioned here. Alan I want to pay you the highest compliment I could pay someone in your position here: you stayed out of the way BEAUTIFULLY! So many online hosts/interviewers try too hard to insert themselves into an event like this when the focus should be and IS the guests. These three women had ample space to communicate freely, summon up memories & bounce from topic to topic through natural word/thought associations from their iconic & shared history. And that's because you functioned as a facilitator, a launchpad for that by asking the right questions...and then letting THEM speak. Congrats, well done!

This was a treat, thank you. Eden's Bianca was landmark television period. She deserved that Emmy. All 3 ladies are ageless and were wonderful on that much-missed soap. ABC's egregious mistake of all time was to cancel AMC and replace it with what? Nothing else has worked in that time period. I met Eden at a special event just before her Emmy win and she is a lovely person. I wish I had asked her at the time (when someone presented her a cast photo to sign) about what she learned from the old pros on the show--Eileen Herlie (wasn't Myrtle such a hoot of a great character?!) who was Olivier's Gertrude in the Best Picture of 1949; Grand Dame Ruth Warwick who was Orson Welles' 1st Mrs. Kane in that great classic film of all time, and the wonderful James Mitchell who so elegantly played Palmer and who appeared with Astaire in one of the all-time great movie musicals The Band Wagon and who danced Agnes DeMille's choreography as Curly in the dream ballet in Oklahoma. Just think of working with folks like that and the show biz history they represented. I still kick myself for not asking her if she got to hang out with them and hear their stories.

The question not asked is are they coming back to the reboot Pine Valley. I love them so damn much. I would love to work with them

Eden... I saw your bit part on the Hallmark channel movie... I think that a show with even just you 3 as the mains and write something off of that idea... SO DOABLE!!!

OK We would ALL be very Happy if you All of EK's children returned to the screen together!!! We can work an AWESOME story line around just you 3. The epitome of "All My Children". Can we keep the name or do we need to change it to reboot this gorgeous energy???

This was a delight, Alan! And how beautiful to watch Susan’s face as Alicia and Eden talked about working with her and the grace she showed to all those with whom she worked. Daytime TV was, and is, such a gift!

These three.... what can anyone say? All iconic, wonderful Kane women. It's amazing they all look the same! Great bones. Wonderful people, lovely inside and out. A joy to listen to and reminisce with.

Loved how Alicia and Eden talked about the abortion clinic scene. It is my all time favorite scene between Kendall and Bianca. Bravo.

I no watched the interview. It was very nice. AMC is a close 2nd behind GH, when I was in high school. My favorite Eric Kane line (on a day when I was feeling real bad): I will rise like a Sphinx from the ashes.

I hope Eden reads this comment: Eden, thank you for saving my life! I was 16 in 2000 and because of Bianca’s courage and strength (through your portrayal), I was able to come out and tell my Dad I was gay. I was constantly picked on at school for being feminine and girly as I am a guy and called horrible names and just bullied relentlessly. I never truly felt more alone than in 2000 and contemplated suicide many times that year. I told myself over the summer of that year, “that’s it! I can’t do this anymore! I don’t wanna be here!” And decided before the year was out I was going to end it all, but you saved me! I realized I wasn’t alone and someone shared my pain and it gave me the courage to speak up and out and to stand up for myself and once I did at school, everyone left me alone. It got better. I mean it didn’t stop completely, but it got better. If ever I adopt or have a daughter in any way shape or form and I am given the choice to name her, I have decided on “Bianca Eden” in honor of you because if it wasn’t for you, I would not be alive today. Thank you! I love you! ❤️

Alan this was an absolute great and thank you so very much! These ladies are absolutely amazingly talent and beautiful. I was very blessed to do some background day work on AMC and what Ms. Alicia and Ms. Eden said about Mrs Lucci was absolutely true. She greated me as if I were a regular cast member and was so polite. I will NEVER forget that special time on set. All of these ladies were so very nice. It was so good to see them.

That scene between Kendall and Bianca that Eden is describing at the 39 minute mark - that’s what got me back into All My Children big time. I had stopped watching for about maybe 7-8 years at that point. It was amazing in every aspect. It was sort of like the true moment of conception (of Miranda).

This was Awesome. I miss AMC and the characters.

I love Susan but lord let it go about SMG! We just awkwardly ignore who played the role before AM (who did a stellar job obviously).

I haven't watched the whole interview yet but just curious if it was brought up about the possibility of AMC being rebooted yet again, this time as a prime time soap. It's being produced by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos production company. Obviously it would be completely different than the soap we all loved, and at this point no one knows much about the plot or characters. I would have loved to have gotten their perspective on it especially Susan's. Or are we just beating a dead horse. 😊😊😊

This was AWESOME! Thank you so much! You can tell these three great actresses and women have so much love and respect for each other. I actually spoke to Eden Riegel via phone back in May/2008 when my friend hosted a blog talk radio show. She was such a sweetheart! I treasure that convo. I recall during that talk that I asked Eden if Susan had it in her contract that Erica could not be referred to as "grandma" or refer to Spike, Ian, Miranda, Gabrielle as her "grandchildren" LOL. Eden said she was sure that was not the case due to how easygoing Susan was but that it was the writers doing since Erica is so vain. Obviously I was joking around with the question and even Eden gave a nice chuckle to it. I still laugh to this day at how nobody in Pine Valley called Erica "grandma". There's no doubt, if he could, Adam would relentlessly tease her about it! Ahh the days of AMC aka my favorite show ever ;)

Alan,this is amazing! Have you thought about going over to Club House too? The housewives are huge there and let's not forget soap operas spawned those franchises. Would you consider a Guiding Light reunion with the 3 characters locked up in a love triangle for years: Frank, Eleni and Alan Michael? I was a preteen during that drama and love that story still.
