All my MANY THOUGHTS while reading House of Flame and Shadow | Spoiler reading vlog 

I finished this yesterday and oh my gosh - I had the best time with these characters again! I did give it 5 stars, purely from enjoyment and I couldn’t put it down 😂 - definitely some issues like you said and for me, the amount of plot conveniences for our MC’s d just made me laugh - like you said with Bryce getting all the information she needed when in the caves, Lydia survived?!?, when Ruhn took the antidote and realized he had healing magic JUST in time to save Tharion (which none of these am I’m sad about but like really?! lol 😂) still loved this and I think it opens up for not only a House of Many Waters for CC but also another ACOTAR with Nesta’s 8 pointed star and now having the Starsword ❤!! I did love the mom hug scene with Nesta and Bryce’s mom ❤ - I love Nesta and knowing how her mom had treated her it was so sweet to see her be loved and valued by Ember 🫶

Eeeek, this was so much fun! I loved re-experiencing this wild rollercoaster through your reactions hahah. I also gave it 4 stars, but on the sheer ridiculous enjoyment level it was a 5. Agree that the ending was very vague, but I was just completely on board for all the corniness and epic action hahaha. Also, I am one of those readers who is eating up all the crossover stuff, so I loved the connections! And HECK YES, Ruhn and Lidia stole the damn showww!!! 😍 Glad you had such a blast with this overall 🥰

I had a lot of the same reactions that you had. I also gave it 4 stars. I’m having a live show on the book on my channel at the end of the month talking about it all. It was definitely enjoyable but not my favorite of the series.

It was really fun watching all your reactions 😁 I was expecting a five star read and a major book hangover, but I gave it four stars. I did not like part one, it was way too info-dumpy for me and the constant switching of POV drove me nuts. From part 2 onwards it got better and I enjoyed it a lot more. I don't really like the cross-over into ACOTAR and I really hope it won't affect Az' book 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Reading this book also makes me wonder if she's going to ever return to the TOG world.

Girl you are nice. Unfortunately for me it landed at a 2.5 stars. I had so many more issue with this book.
