I hope you feel better so fast! I had a cold a few weeks ago and it was no fun! I saw those cute little houses (pink & green houses) and fell so inlove! haha, I ended up ordering some stuff off ebay for cheap! But it takes a while to ship here I guess, lol but that's ok. We are patient!

This is such a great video, it gave me great ideas on what to get Gizmo! I have the same blue tunnel and I hate how it rips, I just put it with a rips down so it doesn’t look as bad. I had that Seagrass hut thing (the one that gets thinner as you go up and has the flat top) but I got rid of it when I got gizmo bc its wayyy to big for him and it was free so it didn’t really matter😂 He does love climbing so I definitely need to get him a few more climbing toys. I also feel like it’s necessary to point out that your makeup look bomb af in this video, your eyeliner was so pretty! Kinda reminded me of a mermaid. Anyways, happy new year and thank you for your great videos!

HammyLux You too! I also had a question lol, sorry to bother you but how often should I clean out hoards? I’ve only had Gizmo for about two weeks (I’m probably cleaning the cage this weekend or Monday, it doesn’t smell) and I know he has hoards but I’m afraid to clean them out, idk why 😂 I kinda think it’s just maybe he won’t trust me anymore after he realizes his hoard is smaller. Should I clean them out when I clean the cage or more often?

I sure wish you would come and organize all of my hamster stuff LOL it's starting to get out-of-control! Whenever I get those little ‘horns’ on my shirt it’s normally from them hanging up on hangers, and that’s where the edges of the hanger rested at, so the weight of that article of clothing fell around it, leaving that indent (I believe that’s what yours is, but I could be wrong) when ever I dampen that spot with water, and smooth it out it normally goes down :).

I am new to your channel and I just subscribed! I love your content :) I'm sorry if you have already answered this question but I was wondering if the tote you have Gumdrop in has any kind of special liner on the bottom to prevent him chewing on the plastic? I am wanting to get a hamster but I don't want to put him in a tiny cage and I am a new hamster mom so I don't think I am ready to pay for a terrarium. The tote you have him in would be perfect! :)

I have housed probably 7 hamsters in a bin cage in the past with some being heavy chewers ..never had a problem with them chewing through the plastic xoxo hope this some what helped!

This helps so much thank you! I got my little guy a couple of weeks ago and he is doing great! He was an overstock hamster they kept in the back over Christmas so he is a bit older and I love him! His name is Cookie, and he absolutely adores his bin cage! :)

The horns on your sweater are from hanging it on a clothes hanger. Some fabrics has more elasticity so just to let you know from prior experience ^-^

Hey! Just wanted to leave a comment about the reptile leaf suction cup thing. I got one for my leopard gecko and it’s super cute, however, the suction cup isn’t quite strong enough for the weight of the leaf. It’ll end up falling off and creates a hazard of it falling onto one of your animals. I ended up duct taping the suction cup to the glass (not the prettiest thing). May want to replace the suction cup with a stronger one before using it

I love your videos so much!! They encouraged me to adopt a hamster. His name is Leo, he is a long haired white Syrian hamster. As a first time hamster owner, I have many questions. For example, I clean Leos terrarium every morning and make sure to refill his food and water, but at night he tends to get bedding from one side of his terrarium and places it on the other side and he makes a mountain above his hidey hut, is that normal??
