Just got this car yesterday. I drove the 2019 Camry also but I don’t like it much. It doesn’t have push to start and just doesn’t feel as premium? The hatchback se has more features in my opinion including side mirror turn signals that the Camry doesn’t have. It’s a fast car and very nice. I’m happy with my purchase. Also the tail lights are futuristic looking and LED.

How do the seats feel? I am look at transitioning from a 2015 WRX to this car because I regularly drive 1.5+ hours and the seats in my WRX are very uncomfortable.

Wow I wasn’t expecting standard smart key!!! Wow props on Toyota for that! Wonder why Toyota doesn’t make it standard on the Camry and RAV4!!

Look at the bright side, the Avalon has it standard too... but I was expecting that since it's the flagship, and the closest to a Lexus vehicle, with the highest level of quality and excellence of Toyota vehicles in general. Seeing it standard on a Corolla though is surprising... but this is the hatchback version, so we'll see whether things may or may not be changed for the upcoming Corolla sedan.

Proper Well it is basically standard on the Camry. It comes on the LE and most dealers don’t stock the Base L. The RAV4 doesn’t need it standard because old people sometimes don’t want all the tech.

Disney Fan on the Le and se you have to get a convenience package which is a $1,225 package that adds BSM (blind spot monitor), RCTA (rear cross traffic alert) garage door opener and the smart key. Toyota just needs to stop charging extra for the smart key and make it standard!

Disney Fan Toyota should also make The same exterior lights on the XSE and XLE standard on all trims as well as dual zone automatic climate control!

Charles Ta In EU, the first thing they do is to teach you to drive a stick. And here in Finland, you can drive automatic license which is easier but then you dont have license to drive manual.

Having a manual as a daily driver is just foolish in big cities where there is heavy traffic. That's what most people do with their cars in big cities. They commute in it. And nobody is down to shift gear for a whole 2 hours trying to get home on an already tiring day. So that is why automatics are so popular, it cuts out the labor so you can have energy to enjoy other things in life. Manual can be fun, but just on the weekends. Not in heavy traffic like LA.

@@conceptcs Ofc there it's different. Here in Finland, even our heaviest traffic is nothing compared how it's there. But then again, I'd rather take DSG or any Audi tronic transmission. So smooth. But then again, CVT is way more reliable so i guess i understand.

Very expensive for a hatch! One can add and buy a new Camry for that price. I don't think they will do well.

Yeah Alexei is smoking crack or something. He thinks he can buy a new Camry for the same price as a Corolla. The only way you're gonna get it for under 25k is if it's used or the dealership is doing charity work.

Best company & Car, true Hatchbacks. What are you going to buy? Nissan? Garbage after 6 yrs.. Korean brands? Garbage also 3 yrs battery dead... American car Brand? Very very expensive parts if you change it. Mazda? Claiming that the best car? Look at the history of Mazda in the US. Mazda models style 10yrs ago till now they telling it's best car style. Try to research Mazda car model copied in toyota 1968-1975 car model. Toyota is the best, durability & Service

I'm not into Hatchbacks, so I definitely won't buy this car ever. Toyota should've left the Corollas, as a Sedan, and bring back the 2 door coupes, and wagons, like it's old Generations from the 70's, not everybody likes Hatchbacks. I swear car manufacturers, are getting worse and worse every time they redesign a car why make cars smaller when the world is getting overpopulated, by the minutes, by the hours, by the years, SERIOUSLY!

Are you a soccer mom? You're trifling like one. We don't live in the 70's anymore. The corolla is small because it's in the compact segment. If you're obese then get a minivan, truck, SUV, or lose some weight.
