Two corrections: 1. A second row bench seat is not an option in the Z71 or the RS. 2. Real Leather is not an option in the Z71 (it is a synthetic leather).
The RS in Silver fully loaded I order January 8 just came in off the truck yesterday May 13 will have keys in hand May 15 out the door around $57,000 8:27 something with taxes and other stuff they add on had GM discount and a $2500 after pay off my trade in. After the past holidays I told my wife I think I want another Tahoe than this pop up one look I said this is for me it’s just me and my wife I’m a young 61 didn’t want to do the new Corvette like all my buddies lol. I know the RS had everything I want looking forward in picking it up May 15 dealer said this is the 3rd Traverse and 1st RS loaded to hit Indianapolis
Lucky man it’s so beautiful, I want a RS in Lakeshore Blue but don’t necessarily need the third row so I’m waiting on the redesigned Blazer. Hopefully they’ll be a SS of them both to come later too!
Really hope GM fixes all their issues without reintroducing new ones for 2025. Seems as though they rushed this new mid year model and then didn't have the parts readily available for the issues, leaving customers without their new vehicle for weeks while waiting for parts. The transmission issue was a big one. Let's go GM, get it together.
An increasing number of 2024 Chevy Traverse and 2024 GMC Acadia owners are reporting that their third-row seatbacks are unable to fold down because the headrests on those seats rub against the second-row seatbacks. With the headrests touching the second-row seats, the third-row seatbacks cannot fold flat into the floor, reducing the nominally available cargo space in the back of the vehicles. The General acknowledged this problem with the 2024 Chevy Traverse and GMC Acadia with Bulletin number PIT6184, issued on June 7th , 2024. GM notes that the fix for the problem is replacing the third-row headrests with new headrest components that fit properly and allow the seats to fold flat as designed. Looking forward to a comparison between Traverse Z71 and Acadia AT4. Couple of posts on reddit say the Traverse Z71 rides smoother and more responsive than the Acadia AT4.
How stupid not to be able to get power seats in the Z71 bad planning is you ask me. I have a 2023 Redline model and I like the idea of the z71 but not now
Not bad planning at all, it's how GM is trying to upsell the customer. Same thing with the Bose upgrade...can only get the Bose system with the enhanced driver package at an extra $3700. That's the game they play.
