I just bought a Jeep Wrangler High Altitude on 9/9. In less than a month took it three times to the dealer. It’s still there so I am trying to get rid of it. Definitely, after considering various other suvs, I am buying a 2025 ST (If I succeed in giving back the Jeep.) This video helped a lot in my final decision. Thank you.
I’m sorry to hear that! I hope things get resolved quickly! This was definitely a very cool SUV, and it really was more fun than I expected even. But I don’t follow this platforms forums so I do not know what its common concerns or reliability issues are, since every single vehicle has its cons. Best of luck!!
It actually works when you remind us to hit Like on your videos. I always jump over and do it whenever you remind me lol Great videos the only ones I don't watch are all the Subaru videos I don't have any interest in Subies except if you got a hold of a manual transmission WRX. I would definitely watch you beat that thing 0 to 60 lol😊
I appreciate you saying all of this! I definitely film a lot of Subarus because having my Outback Wilderness and a Subaru connection is what I had to work with when I started filming on my channel. But I’m trying to be better at branching out more with the time I have to film! I do have maybe a dozen performance car videos to make public in my membership program. That’s basically my collection of videos to eventually make public during the weeks I can’t film as much. And within that I have a review and driving video of a blue 2014 STI Wagon 6 speed (probably my favorite spec STI) to make public soon! 😉 It was such a cool car, not fast, but cool and felt like such a tuner car with the wide fenders, red gauges, shift light, and turbo boxer rumble!
Another informative review as always. The price is scary. Powerful, comoditious fully loaded Explorer. I'd go for the basic on, maybe one model above it, but not the top of the line. For me two rows of seating is enough. I don't like the lack of physical buttons. Thanks for the review!
It looks good outside. Yet interior lacks physical buttons and knobs. And we are afraid of turbo engines. So we bought the Honda Pilot Touring. There have been a lot of issues prior to this refresh with Explorer.
Thanks for sharing your thought! I don’t follow any Explorer forums so I don’t have any insight to their issues. Congrats on your Pilot, those are really nice!
Touch climate controls is a deal breaker for me It’s bad enough most makers have us driving video games… I appreciate Mazda and some other makers keeping tactile controls in their IP’s
This would be the vehicle I would get if I was in the market for a mid-size SUV! Although 400 HP is a bit much I think the fun factor of having it makes the vehicle an excellent choice.
I get that! This was definitely a very fun 3 row. It also seems to be at least .5s faster than my Outback maybe even .7-.8 in the same DA, so it’s definitely very quick, even stock.
I wish Ford would offer these with the 3.5TT and the 5.0. This platform feels like it could easily handle more power. I haven’t watched many of these video but I know there’s some high HP Explorer ST builds on the internet. 🤪
Throw on a 3.0L+ Whipple for another 10k and then you have a 700+ HP warrantied SUV for 70k. Now it’s starting to sound like a bargain Durango Hellcat. 😉
I wouldn’t be surprised if at least half of the bums who steal gas are housed. If they steal gas, they’re a bum. What comes out of a bum? Oh yeah, gas… 😅😮😉
