For the corrupted aphelion it’s proccing the stone of malevolence on itself since the orbs can damage and cascade the other orbs. It can full charge itself without hitting any enemies

You can farm the shards extremöy fast on Yaesha You need in the first Area the Root Nexus Activate it and wait for the abberations They spawn all 1-2min And with the Turret it is AFK Farm

Meridian is secretly OP with the right setup, i'm using a modified variant of your Moddinator 2.0 With gambler, Cord, destroyer, classic malevolence, and detonation trigger primary with firestorm and feedback and meridian with failsafe. Some boss are eradicated form exitence in seconds. It need a lot of swap tho...

You forgot the biggest change in meridian,, normal one's projectiles fly straight only from modifier, while corrupted one is in reverse: normal shots fly straight and modifier is arched

Corrupted merciless is the only new weapon that is kinda hard to make work.

The only corrupted weapon id like would be Corrupted Saviour, which would be Remnant FTA´s Fusion Canon.

They broke my controller support on PC. I tried everything man. It was the 10/26 patch.

The Aphelion is definitely bugged because 70% of the time, the damage from the explosions does not connect to anything. When they do deal damage, the damage is incredibly low. I'd rather just use the normal variant. It nukes rooms, and the damage is insane. So hopefully, they will fix the Aphelion micro nova. But other than that I'm really happy with them adding "new" weapons into the game while we wait for dlcs. I'd love to see more get added since we can still get the weapons after the event, granted the Aberrations will spawn at a lower frequency. Maybe they could add a boss rush mode with extra rewards like the corrupted weapons. Just an idea. But all in all, I'm like the weapons.

I believe it says incoming damage is increased by 10% meaning you take 10% more damage from those death branded enemies but if you kill them you get the weak spot or critical increase after picking up the echos from them I could be wrong but that’s I understood it some of the rings and amulets cause you to take more damage to receive a buff I tend to stay away from those

Ugh, I didn't even know there was a Halloween event, I just did the DLC and saw them at the vendor I doubt I'll bother with these weapons, seems like a lot of work after already pumping so much time into it. If they brought back survival mode and they dropped after each boss i'd be more inclined.
