One of the guys working on the game confirmed they will be different (sort of) meaning they will be closer to the D&D units scale wise which is not much different (if at all) than classic HS.

I think it will be like battlelore 2.0 they said same game but the changes are to big. Sure you can use classic minis and have a good game time. But in the big game it is a grown version like boodbowl 3rd edition vs Bloodbowl 4th edition. Same game but changes. Hope most players will not say "not my heroscape." 😆 for me the question is will there a german version/ eu version and will all the expansion released in europe. Hasbro stoped it after the 2nd wave the last time.
I wonder if they'll design newer figures to synergize with the older figures. Some members of the community speculate no at first so that people who are new to the hobby don't get screwed, but we shall see. In terms of distribution, we don't know anything unfortunately. Just that the game exists.
Oh man. Some of those figs are looking sweet. I am pretty sure the size change is for people like me who want cool mini's but if they don't fit my normal mini size then I can't use them. I do hope the terrain is separate from the mini so that I can just buy minis. However, if I do have to buy my mini's with terrain I will just ship you my terrain =) As per normal thanks for making content that I can enjoy!

I've said it many times, the Marro have *never* been a fully synchronized hive mind in the lore. 😅We have previously charted examples of stronger-willed Marro having control over weaker-willed ones (the Marro Warriors are loyal to Ne-Gok-Sa because Mind Shackle) and of stronger-willed Marro behaving selfishly and for their own personal ambition (everything about Kee-Mo-Shi) to an extent that can even bend the Marro Hives to their will. Strong-willed Marro are not subservient to mind powers: they command them and use them to control the numerous weak-minded Marro. And that Marro Pirate sure as hell doesn't look weak-minded to me, so there's nothing strange about it doing whatever it wants in my eyes.
