Please explain the usb ports. How to use them? My nissan note 2021 model has the same head unit but usb is not working there. Please make a video about that too.

Hi all, I have a 2021 Nissan Qasquai Business, in the feature there is "Apple CarPlay wireless" but doesn't work. The infotainment system seems the same but when I connect Iphone via Bluetooth don't come up the question about "Use CarPlay?" . Any suggestion ? Thanks

Does anyone know how to change which connected devices are "Favorites"? The display just says "* Favorite (Connects First)", but the Info button doesn't seem to include a way to mark as favorite.
