Certainly one of the best sedans out there. They made it look less bulbous and gave it a 911+Cayman vibe to the design. Man, that spoiler is just awesome. The review was absolutely fantastic. You detailed every bit of the car. Keep up the excellent work.

What a strange comparison... OF COURSE it will be MUUUUUUCHHH BETTER than shitty Lexus/Audi/BMW... Only modern Mercedes's interiors can compete with pure and simple elegance of Porsche's interiors... P.S. Yeah, it comes from Porsche fan, but I'm also an owner, so, I can sign under every single word...

Shocked at how quickly you got your hands on this car! But it's much improved over the last generation which I hated. The rear still looks strange but no matter how I look at it, it's a huge improvement over the last generation. Also nice to watch this channel after a while! Glad to see things going very well! Also, I knew you were magic at reviewing cars but I didn't know you were magic at making car parts work 5:57 :P

Excellent in-depth feature! Great job guys :) I think I prefer the more organic looks of the outgoing model. This one reminds me too much of the Audi RS7 which I think looks a little better. But no doubt this will be a fantastic car!

Thanks for taking the time and effort to put this together. Really enjoyed this review. What a beautiful car! Porsche have really excelled themselves with the redesign of the Panamera. Would you say Porsche have moved into Aston Martin/Maserati territory (luxury grand tourer), or does it feel like the Panamera is being aimed at the luxury executive sedan market like the Merc S Class and BMW 7 Series?

Aston Martin is no comparison, and I mean that by a Porsche can do 2 laps while the Aston Martin does 1 lap

One thing I wanted to point out Thomas is I understand your comment about not having physical buttons to adjust the airflow (even if the engineer did not) but I have to say that in 3 years of owning a Cayenne (same controls as outgoing Panamera) I have used those controls maybe 5 times. The auto climate control is very effective. Only buttons I use are the temp buttons, and the recirculation button. So moving those into the virtual world is not a big loss.

The interior is very well done, Porsche !! The new design of the Panamera is no comparison to its predecessor !! In my opinion the new Panamera is the sportiest sedan with the latest infotainment in this very high segment

Not sure if matrix high beams are still disallowed in the US, US headlight laws tend to be weirdly behind the times. Minimum height on headlights is why folding headlights were so popular for a while.

Its because in the US its the law that you can only like turn on and off highbeam and not automatically so they cant bring it to the us

Thanks for the review. So how much steps does it take to adjust the air direction from the vent now? Best example for over engineering? I would still take any physical buttons over capacitive ones any day in a car. Those manufactures are burying more and more things deep down. I really don't like where the industry is heading in this regard.

Great video on the new Panamera Thomas, I cannot wait until you drive one, then I will know exactly how great this new Porsche is ..... Without having to buy one, or plough through endless motor journals, or read the owners manual. Honestly, I love the styling of this New Panamera. But like you Thomas, I am unsure of the styling creases going up the front bumper and over the bonnet, as it does seem to interfere with the cars colour in those areas. I have no problem with them as a styling feature/focal point.....But there is a definite colour change, either side of the centre section.
