This food looks great. I have a question or two, if you don't mind. What is the best way to eat this? Do you eat cold, or do you have to re-heat it? If so, what is the best way to re-heat the food? Oven? Microwave? Thank you, in advance.
I usually buy it from the store and eat it on the same day without reheating it, but if I eat it the next day, I usually cut the char siew into small pieces and use it for fried rice or scrambled eggs. The fried dishes are also delicious.😊
@@asiaplay2019 That's good to know. You have to be careful with re-heating poultry, you can have a bad experience, if it's not handled and re-heated properly. I fully respect this method of production, providing it's 100% authentic. Amazing to see.. Well done. :)
I love this chop chop foodies in HK. Sadly I do not feel free and safe travelling to HK anymore. I do not support what is politically happening in the city.
The idea of showing how, they cut or chop the meat is part of the showcase, which will attract the passersby to try a slice of that succulent dripping fat of red meat!
Have you seen this people wash their hands or wear hand gloves before and after handling food? NO of course,. How about face mask while talking and chopping food. Saliva spray your food. Yummmy, yuk yuk.
