I might get service elevators eventually, not 100% sure yet. I'll do a video at Danbury fair Mall next because GOD the Otis Series 1s there are bad. The right parking garage elevator was low on oil, and on the 3rd floor, the call station was literally falling off

Which elevator in Boscovs? The 330A or the RT modded by KONE

@@hunterduncan362 RT. I filmed the 330A first and did not get busted until I made it to the RT. The circumstances though and how I got busted (then subsequently saved) are VERY strange though

I assume you've never had an issue at that store?

Surprisingly no, with Xavier (Elevators of Northern Illinois,) we weren't questioned at all, you probably had super bad luck sadly

@@hunterduncan362 Wall of text warning. What happened was that a undercover security guard pretending to be a guest (which I didn't know at the time) entered the elevator, and when I made it to UL a regular Boscov's employee (who likely heard about the guard) came up to me and was questioning what I was doing. After filming she spoke to me again, told me that she assumed that I was autistic (and hope it wasn't an offense) and was afraid that the security guard who entered with me made me uncomfortable. We ended up talking for 20min and she even suggested some things in New Haven she rode 15yrs ago, as I showed her my video of the Stearns Building. After we were talking for a bit another security guard came up to me and busted me for "using the elevator as a toy, and we don't want to call the fire department to get you out", and she interrupted the guy and told him about my interest and how I wanted to work in this industry, and he subsequently said "you're good then." That's the short version. I may discuss the entire bust in a later video.

The 330A was formerly in Forever 21 when it opened around 2014, it has since downsized and moved to the 2nd floor in the mall, and Boscovs expanded into the former Forever 21 in 2018.

@@hunterduncan362 ok I never noticed that because that elevator is more towards the front where the center court escalators used to be and its just a wierd spot to have an elevator really
