The Ghost Cow is a great monster tbh. I like everything about it including its design, the way it moves, its death screen and it's role in Karamari Hospital's story. Its still pretty freaky but I don't like it as much Ben or Deer Lord.
Fear is what allows him to enter your mind, I think this shares another meaning as well. As you navigate the maze, you are barely able to see what lies ahead of you. With every mistake it gets closer. The fear, or better yet, the panic in attempt to escape, can be the very thing that results in your death in this locale, and with that, he's already won.
it's very hard to not get frenzy, unless you're lucky, because at one point, you will lose the doll when the floor suddenly collapses, and the same event will cause the doll's mood to drop all the way, and in order to collect her, you gotta go through one of frenzy's areas, and go through that same area again in order to recharge the doll's mood

Idk why, but I like Bekka a lot. Yeah mostly because the reference is utterly hilarious, but also, she scares me. So the contrast between the memes and the horror gets me
I imagine getting footage for specimen stuff will be way easier when the Build Your Own Mansion's gonna come out, since you can make a room with the specimen or something like that.
Had I know you needed footage for White Face in endless mode I would've recorded some, because I kid you not, that guy was NOT leaving me alone. I even got a re-chase back to back TWICE and even a DOUBLE CHASE by two White Faces. He was just not going away and it was getting boring lol.
Honestly ghost cow I found more helpful on endless mode than a problem. If u go against anything that changes your screen vision and ghost cow comes in it makes things so much more easier to see

If I’m not bugging, I swear that The baby head’s chase theme was added in endless mode quite a bit after, from what I last checked it was in the game, but I haven’t played in like 4 months, so I could be wrong.
My ranking (again.) 12: Monster 1. Why would I be scared of a puffy handed security guard? 11: Monster 3. Baby face has a huge hitbox, but that's about it. 10: Husks. They're not difficult to deal with, and they only look slightly creepy in the original version. Their game over screen is good though. 9: Clown. The only weeping angel who doesn't kill you. 8: Frenzy. She looks creepy, and is kind of a rare sight. If only she could be in endless mode. 7: Scare Chair. A fun little interaction. The experience sitting in the chair is somewhat relaxing, but also unnerving. That game over screen though. 6: Monster 6. I used to really like Bekka, but knowing what she's a reference to has sadly bumped her down from my once number 1 spot to here. 5: Wormy Charles. Very, very freaky. Too bad his chase theme got butchered. 4: Monster 2. I absolutely love the chase theme. 3: Monster 5. The second most dangerous creature in the entirety of SJM, behind Specimen 9. 2: Hooked Doll. I like how she's the opposite of the weeping angels. You must look away from her, or else you'll be hooked. 1: Monster 4. Another awesome chase theme, and his backstory is very tragic. Oh, and he's the best weeping angel, better than Specimen 6. Yeah, I said it.
I am not ashamed to admit none of the specimens in the game really scared me, Specimen 3 and Endless!4 made me jump when they got the drop on me but that was about it… *except Monster 5.* Something about Monster 5 made me panic the first few times I encountered it.

Surprised you leftout all the changes Specimen 4 gets in the Dollhouse in OG. In that, she not only appears in her endless mode form, but she has a completely different death scene where your shown a tv with flesh in it, in a tram location. I forgot if there's a unique death quote but look it up. Also surprised you excluded the Nightmare soldiers from the nightmare segment as well as Clicky. But I guess your only counting the ones that have an impact unlike the toilet monster, that one jumpscare from the looping room, another from playing a record in Specimen's 8 local, and the Monster girl behind the glass in the hospital. Overall I like the DLCs for their purpose and references: they're a continuation of the base game (if you assume the Bad ending of the base game is canon which there's a lot of evidence to suggest this) while also revealing more of the lore of why the mansion came to be while reacting a clear conclusion to it all. The hospital is heavily based off of Silent Hill (which you cannot get enough of) with a mixture of Resident Evil and Outlast when you think about it. On the other hand the Dollhouse is heavily inspired by my favorite RPG Maker game from the 2010's: Mad Father (which is absolutely PERFECT due to how that game's story draws parallels to the lore of Spooky). I asked Ryan J if he wants to be the first person to tell the full story of the game's lore (including DLC) in one video as we only have Superhorrorbros for that and even he broke into different videos, but for you I'll tell you what I know to be the full story of the game including DLC. So Spooky was a nameless girl living around the 1960's (the game referenced a movie that came out in the final note of Katamari hospital, The Mask of Red Death). She loves to scare people, but nobody took her seriously because she's too cute. On Halloween she got tired of not being taken seriously that she took prank items to up the scare factor like firecrackers. Unfortunately she uses those firecrackers on the wrong person: a drunk war veteran whose going through a PTSD episode and just so happened to be armed. Her last words were "At least I finally scare someone" After she died, the person who supposedly did it gets arrested and Spooky's parents couldn't let her go just yet. So her father searched for a way to bring her back temporarily so they can have a final word with her. The rest you can tell from notes about the different vessels they used and even when the mother, Monica (its a mad father reference) off herself, he kept going until he found a way to bind her to the very mansion using a machine and his own nightmare of what happened that night, sacrificing himself in the process. After Spooky came back, she inherits GL labs and uses them to get her dangerous monsters and Specimen for her so she can kill enough people to make her ghost army to terrorize the world with. Then you come in. You survived all 1000 rooms, defeated Specimen 9 and came out alive, and somehow stumbled upon the depths of the mansion where its up to you to put an end to it all cus Yes
i dont talk about the OG version because i specifically state that im only talking about the HD and also i already mentioned the deathscreen change in the first part and at some point in the future i may make a video about the lore but itll be far in the future because i feel like ive already made enough videos about the series for the time being
My favourite thing about Ghost Cow is that while every other monster has some kind of synergy with another, Ghost cow actively sabotages everyone else by giving you wallhacks. Neutering several monsters outright. My headcanon is that the other monsters are conscious of this, and talk trash about it behind its back.
By the way, I don't know if im correct about this, but the "Scare Chair" from the Karamari Hospital DLC might be a reference to Fatal Farm, since if you afk long enough in Fatal Farm, white, twitchy faces will start fading in and out in various parts of the screen very much like the Scare Chair if you sit in there long enough. This is just a speculation though.
so I was playing the Karamari Hospital and when monster 4 was chasing me i was stupid and decided to play the game that's in the other room and he killed me and i got a achievement called backseat gamer so he can kill you while your playing
