@nateu13 Interesting to hear that, I’ve heard of lubglubs from the show Adventure Time, and they were exactly that; weird black slime creatures that hid in pool floaties.

I thought I was going insane with the Mandella Effect, because evrytime I wanted to look up somethings about the game I kept typing ”spookys house of jumpscares”, but then every video and the game on Steam said ”spookys jumpscare mansion”

I thought it was only renamed to “mansion” because that rename also served as a remaster?

Honestly, in terms of horror games, I can't find a better one to start off with than this one, and I'm generally pretty chicken in terms of horror games.

Is it really underrated though? I remember when it came out as "House of Jumpscares" and then was rereleased/full released as Jumpscare mansion it was literally everywhere. Almost every big horror youtuber played it and a couple of it's updates it had basically the same coverage. I am genuinely curious as to why so many people are saying this game is underrated/underappreciated.

If you haven't played it or seen a playthrough on it, it's probably one of the strongest recommendations I can give for the horror game genre, it's scary and loveable the whole way through
