Chun's parents came from an era where hardwork and dedication were the key to success. They worked hard, kept grinding at life, and eventually managed to provide a decent life for their son. They gave Chun the same loving parental advice - "Forget your passion, just work hard. In thirty years, you can enjoy yourself."
That's certainly isn't the life the modern generation want for themselves. How did he manage his parents' expectations and still overcome multiple business hurdles to eventually make a unique mark for himself? Chun is Singapore's most experienced trainer for the Wim Hoff method and has used the same methods to push his body and mind to peak performance.
