As a Raiders fan it was hard to see him in a saints uniform, but he looked great, wishing him much success.

That’s crazy. Derek Carr used to come through my gate every Sunday at the Oakland Coliseum, always stopped & spoke & shook my hand. To see him as a Saint is weird but go get’em D.C. ya boy Dame from G’ gate👍🏽🏈

Jack Del Rio was awesome w Carr letting him think more than other coaches. Why 2015 and 16 Carr was so awesome.

rooting for the carr this season, raiders never gave him a defense his whole career, never gave him a steady HC, the season he got offensive weapons was the season he got a terrible HC and his weapons were injured(waller,renfrow), this season he has it all let’s see how he does

Man… I’ve been following Derek since Fresno state… I’ve been a bulldog fan my whole life, i really hope this is the team that’s gonna give him the help he needs in the pocket.

I still can’t believe McDaniels got rid of Carr. As a Raider fan I think he will take the Saints deep in the playoffs and even make the Super Bowl. He’s really that good but just never had a chance with the Raiders.

I’m a raiders fan, but I want everyone to understand. It was the raiders not Derek carr, we couldn’t build around him, he went through so much because of our team, no defense, coaches, Henry ruggs etc.

I just know Derek is feeling the love. Nothing but positivity spoken about this man

Honestly its about as good as could reasonably be expected from the Saints. Carr seems to be gelling with the RBs and WRs, the O Line held steady and gave him time to do work his magic and AK and Williams moved nicely. If we work that nicely during the regular season we could go far. But its easy days yet.

Being a raider fan I wish the saint the best of luck on the season y’all got a great leader in DC4 I miss that dude

Happy for Saints fans. Yall got a great QB in Carr. Carr was never the issue for the Raiders. It was their defense and coaching year to year. If you got a great defense and coaching that can let Carr change plays on reads then youll have a great season.

Im proud of Derek, nothing but the best for his career. Was Texans fan of his brother, David. When he was picked up as a second rounder I knew he was going to be a stud, since he actually had an O-line. Derek's the "what could've been" for David if the Texans weren't so damn volatile in their front office during the Don Caper era....completely botched his development. It's a treat to watch his brother flourish where David couldn't.

Raider fans still have love for Carr. It was messed up the way coach McDaniels did handling the team coach needed to find scapegoat for turning a playoff team into a failure so he targeted Carr. I think the Saints have a good shot to win the NFC and have the Super Bowl 58 birth.I am pretty sure that the Saints are going to eliminate the 49ers and Eagles.The same with the Lions.NFC championship game in the 2023 season.Saints vs Lions.I bet Detroit and New Orleans will meet for the conference title. 👍
