this has been known since 3 years ago. Riot initially put the Space groove lux R animation from Battle Academia R and then changed it after 1 week to the normal R animation. And now history is repeating itself and it will repeat itself in the future. Riot releases 2 skin lines every 3 weeks and after about 10 seasons they don't have any good skin ideas, everything is for money for sure in their archives 3-5 characters 100 skins for the future.
If they decide to keep reusing animations/SFXs from older skins, I wouldn't really mind if they did ONLY if they make the RP price lower. If a skin looks good and looks like they worked hard on it with original animations/SFXs sure, I don't mind paying the standard 1350RP for it. But if they're just blatantly reusing stuff, it kind of diminishes the value of the skin. The problem league has is that they keep pumping out skins/skinlines for champions, even if the skin is straight dogwater, just for the money money money. The quality is as good as fast food at this rate since they keep reusing stuff but still want to stick to the 1350RP+ price point. Reuse animations and whatever, idc, but it's basically just a reskin with a bit more modelling to it (like Star Guardian Lux & Pajamas Star Guardian Lux) and charging the standard price for it is dog.
@@llmtxll3654 I agree with you! 570rp can't be worth 5 euros for the electronic version, maybe they should increase the RP they give for 5 euros to 800, because for 11 euros you can buy a battle pass
Don't be an ass. You think designers can just reuse old work and their superiors somehow just, what, completely miss it? No. Their higher ups specifically requested this as a cost-saving measure. Like... obviously. If you have a problem with it - and you should - blame management.
Her E is also almost a direct copy from her own skin Cosmic Lux, y'know, the one with the clever use of neutron stars? Yea butterflies doesn't even make much sense in that

So we’re supposed to be paying legendary skin price for this half assed bs? (It’s not a legendary, but at least where I live you basically have to purchase legendary skin worth RP amount for an epic)
They did this with zoe and sm other champs too. They took vfx from her prestige skin just made it blue slapped it on edg and called it a day they even reused her recall on her prestige skin too

@@SkinShowcase-zm3rs she has all skins with the same pose like classic lux , recall and ultimate R so she needs asu bc she deserve it so much expect elementalist and dark/blue cosmic :/
@@lvxqueen I am working in Maya and i check my self all models and animations. I even maked on old channel 30mins models comparison from Lux. Elementalist has complete new model and animations and vfx. Beside Elementalist some skins use old model but not all.
