Hello Lisa, how are you doing? This is interesting to me because I do not recall ever seeing anyone in my family to can meat. Maybe when I was a child my grandmother canned meat but I do not recall. Anyway, this is something that I would like to try. What is the shelf life for the meatballs? And, I have to agree with you when talking about the flavor of the broth in the jar, it takes food to a whole new level, tfs🙂💜.
First of all, I hope you guys are doing fine down there and yes, you can can all kind of meats. I’m gonna show a lot of more meats you can can in the shelflife. I would use it up in 2 to 3 years. God bless.
