They were meant to siblings in the planning stage of the og ff7. So, even if they are not siblings they are still the good and evil of the game. They are quite close has enemy or the exact opposites.

@@taitu2023 Is it really that hard to believe that he/Jenova didn't look into the details of the party Cloud is travelling with? And Sephiroth himself could easily have spoken about Aerith with Zack prior to his original death, and that's without factoring in all the stuff like how Sephiroth and Aerith are likely pulling details of the future from the lifestream.

...... Tyler Hoechlin just doesn't work. Yeah he performs it well but that voice REALLY doesn't fit! I'm sorry but it just doesn't work for me.
