4:20 Moarg artificer was good outside of that deck. In warlock it was nice to get the extra benefits with lifesteal spells like nether breath and drain soul and draw with coil on 2 health minions, as well as obviously helping with general clear.

Blood decks can use Enchanter+"Death Strike" for Lifesteal Deal 12 damage to a minion.

@@mawillix2018 True, though enchanter is quite a lot worse than Artificer in spell usage cases. I think it's usage depends on the amount of taunt in the meta, I feel like it's more likely to be seen in faster decks than controlly ones.

Yup, Moarg was crazy in warlock. But part of that was due to the nature of the doubling and warlocks ability to copy a demon card in their hand. 1 Moarg is fine, 2 is great - 3-4 was where it got insane and that's not something you can do with the belf for 1 mana.

Mana-thirst is one of the most underrated effects in the game. It allows control decks to play decently stated minions against aggro decks for the tempo, and it allows them to gain some needed value against other control decks in the late-game. Totally underrated effect without much needed craziness in what it does. Very simple design.

I think sanctum spellbender 8:30 is similar to the watchpost cards back in the barrens, where you play it not hoping for the effect to work, but rather to limit your opponent's options to dealing with your board. I still don't think it will see play though.

Enchanter+"Death Strike" Seems pretty good. Restores 12 health to your hero, and removes an enemy minion.

I think you're underestimating value of doubling damage on enemy minions. I think it will fit right into triple Blood DK deck, because it will help out with clearing wide boards or get more value out of targetet removal/weapons.

I think the enchanter would complement a blood dk deck as it has so many lifesteal cards. You could delay a turn or two then clear the board while healing up to full.

I think Astalor is a perfect card for Trumps highlander Priest quest deck. I’ve been playing that deck (with a few modifications) and it’s been owning on ladder. I think I will craft that one card.

as aggro decks,I think enchanter is a definitive way to snowball your advantage and lock your opponent out of the game in minion based combacts. Actually I think it could be the best minion generally,period.

Maybe enchanter can be used as a late game tool for agro to help get though taunts? Use your little minions to deal double damage to get through something big? Just a thought, but is probably bad

-play midrange deck with astalor and some good battlecries -maintain board presence and hopefully draw out some removal/keep board ctrl -turn 9 drop brann + astalor the protector You just gained 10 armor, have a must-remove brann. If they remove it you have all the room in the world to play 16 random dmg + 8/8 body two turns in a row, if they don't remove it, it's 32 dmg instead. And then you have some other good battlecries so you aren't reliant on the combo. Sounds pretty disgusting to me

I'm kinda suspect on Hawkstrider honestly, zoo decks depend on tokens so much. Think Implock; Wicked Shipment won't benefit, Circle won't benefit, Rafaam/Imp Gang Boss/The uh 3/3 infuse imp won't benefit much... It'll be okay but I'm not too impressed frankly.

I think Translocator could see some play. It doesn't have to be necessarily a combo you are disrupting, you are also ruining a future draw. Consider spooky mage; their deck is filled with important battlecry minions, and they summon a lot of worthless token minions. Shuffle 2/2 skeletons or 1/1 freeze elementals into their deck and pull out... basically anything they did not want you to pull out. Reckless, Evoker, Dungeoneer. Pulling out Mordresh or Denathrius might be dangerous due to the pile of stats but at least you won't get hit by their battlecries later. Druids would also hate to have their 10/10 token taunt shuffled into their deck and having anything except Renathal pulled out.

It also deals with the newly revealed cards with deathrattles, by preventing the deathrattle from ever triggering. I see it as 5 mana for a pre-nerf Tinkmaster Overspark with +2/+2 on the body.

TBH I like a few of those cards for denathrius druid. The double damage guy can make welps deal 4 and the 3 cost manastorm 10 is just a cheap card that can be comboed with an expensive spell and leave you with a decent board.

Yep, and a bunch of other cards are dual tribe too, for example most spectral / ghost beasts that previously had no tribe are now undead+beast, like the Spirits from Rastakhans Rumble.

I only wish denathrius brann wasn't so good because I feel like I have to include it, since removal is all rush board and it's a good way to end games, then I just feel like I should just play a deck optimized for that combo...

I feel like Manathirst overall is pretty weak. It reminds me of Corrupt, which is actually better since you get to chose at what time you want to trigger it, with Manathirst its just painful waiting. Also i think it is going to feel really bad when you have a Manathirst card with a good payoff in your hand but being forced to play it because you need something on the board. I don't like the keyword.

He doesn't duplicate manathirst itself, as it's not battlecry. I'm not sure if he can double a battlecry that's been altered by manathirst, or if he'd copy the base battlecry.

Astalor could be interesting in wild with battlecry quest shaman as you can have 4 pieces of the 8 mana 8/8 Astalors with double battlecry effect. Add in Shudderwock and you should not lack damage to Finish your opponent.
