Hello friends! As you may have noticed, my production of Bardcore related content has been significantly reduced. The reason being that I'm interested in, and currently working on trying out different kinds of videos in the future. I'm hoping to release a very different type of video very soon, and I sincerely hope you will enjoy it. As always, thank you for your support, and if you are interested in following or supporting me more, you can join one of these: Discord Server: discord.gg/NTmkqr2URq Patreon: www.patreon.com/user?u=36442912 Redbubble: www.redbubble.com/shop/ap/55230017
On a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is Rick Assley gives up on everything, and 10 is Shindlers List, how seriously does everyone take it? Me and our party would probably be giggling like retards 50% of the time instead of anything else.
The greatest medieval Story Ever Told about a brutish hermit with a heart of gold, a lovable fool who tame a dragon, a beautiful Maiden who has more than her looks and a cruel Duke who is compensating for something.
@@MrGemHunter I read of someone successfully making Iron Man and no one figured it out until the end even though the character's name had been "Anthony Starkova"
_Oh Yea! I profess mine admiration for yon stone. Tis a boulder most pleasant. I had place money upon that thou had ne'er seen a rock this beauteous, Sirrah..._
"Lend thine ear," the bard said to me, "I shall now sing the ballad of Shrek. The ogre who defeated the tyrannical Lord Farquad with the help of his noble steed, and found true love." "An ogre?" I asked. "That's an odd choice for a hero." The bard smiled. "Ah, but you see, sire, ogres have layers." That piqued my interest.
*the camera zooms out to reveal they are atop a giant dinner table, with many giant ogres sitting around them, they seem friendly and listening intently to the tale*
Some fellow claimed thusly: "This globe would ne'er entrust thee" My mind is frail and weaker than rest. Her visage bore a mark made with index, thumb to lark Like a fool in court does to jest.
And the years they cometh, yea they cometh, By proclamations consum'd, as my feet they runneth, 'Tis foolish, but to live for mirth, Thy brain be learned, but thy wisdom a dearth Much thou mayest do, much thou mayest see, Be there shame in traversing the boroughs? If thou knowest not, thou goest not, Thou shalt not shine if thou glowest not.
@@TyphusAndronicus Ho anon, thou art an all-star, receiveth thy game on, wend playeth Ho anon, thou art a rocketh star, receiveth the show on, receiveth hath paid And all yond glitt'rs is gold Only shooting stars breaketh the mold
I mixed this with some bar abidance and played this quietly in the background during a DnD campaign whenever my players entered a tavern, it took them roughly ten sessions and three taverns to notice the "relaxing down time track" was All Star, they still haven't forgiven me.
On one hand I want you to succeed so there will be more medieval remixes in the world, on the other hand I want you to remain unknown so I can blow the mind of my DnD players with these underrated treasures.
@makutamaster Like there is absolutely nothing that tells us when is Shrek taking place but somehow you know that that's 16th century. How do you know it ?
These songs have a weird effect that makes my brain go back to a time that i haven’t even experienced before. I just know this is what medieval songs would sound like. Which is enough of for me to escape my current bounds of reality and plunge deep within my imaginations,
The feeling I've had is that so many instrumentalists are going, "where's my harp/lute/leather drums and so on." RU-vid recommendations have really made me more culturally appreciative. I'm south-east asian and have gone on a nordic, pagan-germanic, hindu-meditative, Mongolian throat-singing, medieval genre blender for the past 2 months now.
Only the "bass" sounds kinda too modern to be full on medieval, other than that I love it and I hope there's more Medieval versions of popular songs they're amazing
yon maiden vouchsafe'd the realm thought me a waste my blade and tongue are duller than lead she was looking niddy-noddy with hand at angle naughty and splayed like an "L" on her forelock O' The annums go and yea they go pledged to the law and scrambled ho greadly to do, eremuch to see is there wrong to be found in the back street? ye cannot ken if you don't bend ye cannot shine if you won't shed ho man, you're a court bard get your lute strung go play ho man, you're the top bard get your set on earn wage all that glimmers be noble only falling stars shake the humble It's a chill land and the rumor says chiller you swaddle yourself? wait for the pan-filler but the sayers of sooth say however there is now soon a change to the weather the frozen pond is forming cracks the water steams up so come relax mine world it blazes does for thine? this is quite a boon in the warm sun-shine yon yeoman once assuaged "can I have a coin for passage? I must hurry far away on the sea" I said yo, dost thou know I too wish to on voyage go and we can all use a little coin
I can imagine this played and sung in medieval times about Shrek. Being such a hit for not just kids, but all ages, raising the eyebrows of every iconic fairy-tale writer from yesteryear and having a hearty good laugh about it.
@@edgargaebolg9307 I can guarantee that there were no anti-vaxxers in the 1300s, however that was because vaccines weren't invented until the late 1790s.
I gotta say I'm adding just about every song you make that would fit into Oblivion or Skyrim and it just works f***ing beautifully. Really, you can hear the artistic talent and love of music, well f***ing done.
TARTS! Hast thou ever acquainted with a man and declared 'Let us go fourth and become to possess tarts!' to he proclaims 'In Satans name for I do not wish for tarts!' Delicious are tarts!
Nay! Thine slow-witted, bothersome meager person of burden! The orge art in resemblance of one onion, and only the one onion! Farewell! May the Lord wish we cross paths...
