Well, there are actually few endings you set are not canon, first - no ending from tag tournament is canon cause those games have nothing to do with the story & second there are also a bit more endings that are canon, for example from Tekken 5 King's ending is indeed canon because King & Marduk are still partners in Tekken 6, not to mention Tekken 4 ending is also canon.
