To be fair she can only use her summons while in overlimit so this is one of the very few times she could use it...otherwise her summons just sit on the bench in the Sprit World eating sandwiches or something while Sheena's trying to get OL and use them but failing 99% of the time as the rest of the party/player ends the fight during her OL/summon casting animation lol.
