A little trivia about the movie The lead actor playing Pink was Bob Geldof. He was the lead singer with Irish band The Boomtown Rats they had a massive hit with I don't like Mondays. (worth a reaction) Topped the charts in many countries except US because of the controversial subject He later formed BandAid with Midge Ure of Ultravox and they released Do they know its Christmas. To raise awareness and money fot the famine in Ethiopia it raised over $24 million After the success they decided to do a live concert Live Aid was watched in over 160 countries and 1.9 billion people on TV worldwide The stand out act was Queen. Voted the greatest live performance in the history of rock You have probably been inundated with requests to react to this and if you have the time you should

On this stage here in 1994 Pink Floyd is,... David Gilmour, (lead guitar, lead vocals), Nick Mason, (drums, percussion), and Rick Wright, (keyboards, vocals),.. They're the 3 older guys onstage. The rest of the singers and musicians you see onstage are Floyds' touring band at the time. Originally when Pink Floyd was founded in 1964, there were 4 band members,... Syd Barrett, (guitar, lead vocals), Roger Waters, (bass, vocals), Nick Mason, (drums), and Rick Wright, (keyboards, vocals). Syd Barrett had major drug and mental health issues and was forced out of the band by 1968. His close friend and friend of the band, Dave Gilmour took over for Barrett in 1968. Roger Waters quit the band in 1985, that left, Gilmour, Mason and Wright as Pink Floyd, Rick Wright died in 2008 from Cancer so Pink Floyd is/was just Gilmour and Mason. Special shoutout to Pink Floyd bassist here Guy Pratt, Pratt took over on bass when Waters quit the band in 1985, and he's been playing bass the whole time after 85. He is as close to being a member of Pink Floyd as can be.

Roger Waters (as great as he is, and I love his work and immense contribution to the band before he left) is not part of this Pink Floyd line-up in this concert and this song is all David Gilmour. DAVID GILMOUR - Not sure how you got this far in your Pink Floyd journey without knowing his name, but that's David Gilmour lead vocals, lead guitar and leader of Pink Floyd. He is considered one of the greatest guitarists in rock history. Roger Waters was a co-lead vocalist, bassist, and main lyricist for Floyd, but it is Gilmour's iconic voice and most importantly, guitar, that is most widely recognized on many of their most celebrated albums. Roger had nothing to do with the Pulse concert having left the band in 1985, but he is considered one of the greatest lyricists ever and wrote most of their concept albums of the 70s that propelled them to international super stardom.

I watch lots of music reactors and I'm sure that you will go far on this channel 😊 You're very likeable, smart, perceptive and I love seeing the emotions and appreciation on your face. The music that was gifted to my generation is Superlative. You take me back to when we were so excited to "show" our friends a new great song, which were rolling out constantly btw. I hope that you young kids continue to search out this music. You're so right about music and vibration. I'm hoping you'll get to Fleetwood Mac soon. Lots of great history and great music, bc of their history lol! "Big Love" is a deep cut and you'll need to watch it live bc you'll probably never see any guitar player make one guitar sound like 2 or 3. Lindsey Buckingham is a guitar genius that finger picks. I hope that you get to Steely Dan too. "Kid Charlemagne" would be a great start! Good luck young man and enjoy your wonderful journey of greatness ❤

"One world, one soul; time pass, the river roll"...... Roger Waters was gone by the time of this concert. Nick Mason (on drum kit) is the original drummer for PF. David Gilmour, of course, is the lead guitarist and vocalist. Rick Wright, an original member, on keyboards and vocals. Guy Pratt on bass, taking over from Roger. Additional band members in this show: Tim Renwick on rhythm guitar, Gary Wallis on percussion, Jon Carin also on keyboards and backing vocals.

Pink Floyd is just an iconic band that stands alone in everything they do. No other band is like them. They kept getting better and better. You need to watch the entire Pulse concert. It is great. The whole second part is Dark Side of the Moon. Roger Waters was no longer in PF at this time. David Gilmore on guitar. Richard Wright on keyboards and nick Mason on drums. David gets better sounds accidently out of his guitar than most can do on purpose. Great reaction!

David Gilmour is lead guitar and singer , Richard Wright is on keyboards (organ mostly), Nick Mason on drums, Roger Waters NOT at this concert but wrote most songs and plays Bass, base guitar at Pulse Live is played by Guy Pratt. Finally, this song as well as a few others refers to the tragedy of Syd Barrett (went nuts from drugs and quit the band) who started Pink Floyd. :)

By the time this concert came around, Roger Watets was no longer with the band. Richard Wright keyboards, Nick Mason drums, David Gilmore gutar/vocals. Unfortunately founding member Syd Barrett left the band around 1970 due to heavy use of acid which also Exasperate his mental illness. David was not a member of the band until after the first album was completed. So the only original members on stage are Wright and Mason. In 2005 at the live 8 concert Roger Eaters reunited with the band where they performed a few songs together. If you listen to most of the studio albums, Davids and Roger are the lead vocalists. Roger became more prevalent after the Dark Side of the Moon album.

20 years old eh?? You have the insight of someone twice your age. That was an excellent review/reaction to Sorrow! There are some great bands out there, both modern and not-so-modern. You just have to listen to what folks are requesting or step out on your own and find out for yourself. I'm 65 with a collection of over 2,700 titles on lp and cd..both about evenly split. In no particular order here are a few avenues to look through...Tool, Porcupine Tree, Queensryche, Joe Bonamassa, Marillion, Yes (specifically Yessongs)and mayube pre-1977 Genesis. Keep on what and how you are doing his. It's grassroots, organic and honest. Thanks!!

Rodger Waters is not with the band on this show at the pulse tour. He left the band because he was a little bit narcissistic in 1985. So here you have David Gilmour lead singer lead guitarist who wrote a lot of music for Floyd, Richard wright is the main keyboardist and does a lot of the singing and wrote a lot of their music Then you have Nick Mason the older drummer who's sitting down. Before all those guys you had a guy named Syd Barrett who was kind of one of the co-founders and the main songwriter singer in their very first album Piper at the Gates of Dawn released in 1967. That was their psychedelic ERA with Rodger Waters and David Gilmour later on was their progressive rock ERA. That's a reader's digest version of the main part of the group everybody else here are extra musicians like guy Pratt the bass player has been with them for a long time.
