I think Direwolf20 really picked up the slack when EnderIO stopped being updated. LaserIO is SO good! Also, I really didn't like EnderIO's last update before it stopped getting updates. It felt like the speed of the machines were way too limited, and you had to find ways to tick accelerate them if you wanted fast automation which felt really cheaty and not in the spirit of playing minecraft (imo, obviously).

EnderIO is such a mixed bag for me. I dislike the grains of infinity automation, I do like the early access to an alloy smelter. I very much dislike the artificial timegating through the machine speeds, I very much like the cables and how cheap they are.

I've always used that mod just for the cables. Multiple configurable cables contained in a one block space was awesome. Also you could hide them with the block painter machine

It is possible to acquire heads and skulls from your mob farm if you put in the beheading upgrades for mob grinding utils.

my first ever mod i played with was buildcraft! making a quarry im minecraft seemed crazy to me as mining was always boring to me and spending hours and countless deaths finding them pesky diamonds!

11:45 I’m still new to most of these mods and it’s fascinating to see how you use them! I’ve mostly been following the quests, but there’s so much I’ve learnt from this series that the quests just don’t explain. It’s really fun to finally try understand modded, it’s like discovering minecraft again!

There’s also Hostile Neural Networks, if I remember correctly the dragon prediction makes I believe 16 dragons breath each.

I got vibranium seeds from the PhytoGro quest line. Saved me from going through Ars and Blood Magic for now.

For the EnderIO loot capacitors can't they be combined/upgraded in an anvil?

Unobtanium is too rare, you can mine like 100 chunks of hignlands biome and find 0, it took me 3 hours to finally find it

I used the Industrial Foregoing 5x ore processing. It's relatively easy to do and better than what Melanism can do IIRC.

Idk if there is botany pots in the modpack, but if they are, its better to use them, they are very good (If there is power pots its much, much better)

There are no botany pots or bonsai pots in this pack. For early game wood automation, you instead get access to ProjectE condenser.

can someone explain to me what is included in the world download? Do you get every resource that chosen has accumulated, and how he has set up his machines around the base?, or do you "just" get the base, and then you can design it however you want and build up your own resource?

As someone who has the world download, you have access to everything Chosen has up until that point! Basically once this video was completed, the world was uploaded. So resources included! He also leaves his armor, and all of his tools in a barrel for the player that downloads his world.

The one thing chosen didn't know then is that unobtainium ore can still spawn in the end highlands.

I do know that but it was mentioned on the Discord that that is not intended so thats why I didnt show it. This modpack isnt the same as ATM9 but a lot of stuff was carryover and oversite

Are you gonna remove the crafting cards since they can easily eat through all of your resources? I would recommend Level emittiers from ae an Just passive those items you have crafting cards for
