At 4:31, the host says in Spanish, a teaspoon of lard, but Munchies translated it to butter. Manteca is Spanish for lard. Otherwise, another great episode with Francisco. He may be the best host Munchies has.

Edwin Coronado Es complicado. En lo personal, he ido a algunas taquerias famosas y ninguna me ha convencido. Prefiero las que ya conozco y por lo general solo vamos quienes vivimos cerca. Está cabrón, porque hay días en que prefiero algunos por la manera en que preparan la carne, el sabor de la salsa o hasta cosas externas al taco, como las cebollas cambray. Mi consejo es que no te guíes por las más populares de la ciudad.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. I loved the video. India has literally no tacos. Only taco bell in big cities. I feel India and Mexico have a lot in common and we need tacos here. I totally want some entrepreneurs from Mexico to come and set up shop here. I would love it and I am sure many who may have never tasted tacos ever would too. So many things in common. Indians would love tacos.

Drunk history, Mexican style. The clip starting at 5:18 is funny. Those tacos look good. I like smaller foods that are made fresh. I can eat a few until I'm full without wasting. Huge burritos are great and all, but I'd rather have a bunch of small tacos than continue eating the last half of a giant, lukewarm burrito.

I've never seen tacos like that before. You pour boiling oil on top of them while they're already in the basket. Don Jaime was a joy to watch. I hope they paid him extra for making him run late on his patrons.
