This is my honest review of the MSC Seascape, It was my first sailing with the cruise line and I go over all of the things that I heard other reviewers complain about, MSC food and dining, MSC entertainment, MSC service, MSC prices, MSC thermal suites, and give my take on it.
I hope this video is helpful when you decide whether or not to give this ship a try!

You nailed it Ladybug. I have done 2 MSC - recently on the Seashore which is a very nice ship. Everything you stated, I would agree with. I have sailed on RCL, P&O, Costa, Virgin, NCL, Celebrity, Carnival. Celebrity is my favorite when traveling with my husband. I like NCL and RCCL for family trips.

I’ve been on 9 carnival ships. I Just switched over to MSC (just had a son and he cruises for free). I love MSC more than carnival. They were ALOT cheaper and the ships are ALOT nicer. I do think the food and vibe (partying) is better on carnival but it can get really ghetto.

@@samuelraju9840 I just went on my first Carnival ship, the Jubilee, and it was my favorite cruise so far! MSC was cheaper but I much prefer the vibe on Carnival. Every cruise ain’t for everybody though. It really depends on what you’re looking for. MSC was the most beautiful FOR SURE😊 thank you for watching!!!

@@Shareebysea I recently came back from carnival vista (made 2016). YUCKKK, soooo outdated. But food was AMAZING (guys burger joint & pig & anchor)

My husband and I live in Miami and we’ve been cruising for about 10 years. We’ve been in NCL, Carnival, Royal and for the past 2 years we’ve been going with MSC; and we love them! We’ve gone on Divina, Magnífica, Meraviglia and in a month we’re going on Seascape for the first time. Honestly, pros and cons are subjective. We liked NCL and Carnival the LEAST 👎🏽. What I enjoy about cruising is hanging with my husband, exploring the ship, and of course eating and drinking 😂. And yes, cruising can be a hit or miss. I agree!!

Yes, it is definitely subjective! I’m on my first Carnival cruise right now and I love it even though a lot of people I know find it too loud and too much of a party atmosphere.

Appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the MSC Seascape! I have been tempted to book a MSC cruise because of the value but then I talk myself out of it. Maybe one day lol.

How did your son like it? Did he participate in any teen club stuff? If you’re a single mama, well so am I and my son is about to turn 13. Maybe we should coordinate and go on the same cruise sometime! We went on Harmony this summer and it was our first cruise. LOVED it and had similar feelings about food/entertainment, etc on Harmony.

@@JayaLove He really enjoyed it. He made a lot of friends and said the teen club was cool. He really liked that he was allowed to go into the nightclub with us and he got to dance late at night with his new friends ❤️ And yes, I’m in the middle of a divorce so, a newly single mom. He wants to do a Norwegian cruise next. Would be awesome to do a cruise with you and your son😊

@@Shareebysea aww... Sending love and grace for that process! I'm starting to budget for our next one. We really liked RC and they are a bit cheaper than NCL, but if we were to go to Alaska, we'd maybe do NCL because they are allowed to go to the Glacier Bay National Park. (Only NCL, Princess, and Holland America are allowed) We live in Austin, TX so driving to Galveston is pretty easy and cheap.

@@MrCristian12332 if you’ve never cruised before, you will absolutely love it! The only reason certain things bothered me is because I had cruised Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas right before this and I did a lot of comparing. I still had a great time!

Hi, I appreciate your opinion of the thermal spa-- I might consider it, however I read that you have to make reservations. I prefer to do things as I please, not on a schedule. Did you have difficulty with the scheduling for the thermal spa?

If you buy the thermal pass you can come and go as you please. So it’s perfect!
