These are all the reasons HRH Catherine is so loveable. The human side of her comes out and that is what touches people. I remember all these moments and the people involved remember too and will continue to share their stories. I remember seeing her in person and I have commented about her spirit-- that you can feel she prides herself in being a good person and people knowing it. HRH Catherine is a delightful person.
When she breaks protocol it is not to defy the royals. She does it because she's helping others. She is a beautiful, kind and loving person . I'm pretty sure, that her assistant packed her nessessary items for her. It was just her gross idea of "bonding" with her sister in law.

What really bothered me was when Prince Phillip passed away and the spouse ( the Queen ) sat alone with no one supporting her on such a sad day. She has good moral, values, hands on Mom, and carries out her job duties. She is kind, strong, smart, well rounded, accomplished, compassionate, humorous, caring, affectionate, classy, understanding ,and everything you want in a person who is representing a country, She is accomplishing everything Diana did, but has been lucky to have continued opportunities.
