Good review of the scene out there Konstantinos. Once I hired an agency, It nearly broke me. They started running awareness campaigns in November :). I didn't like the look of it and I stepped in and ran a "conversions" campaign alongside the "awareness". In that month I had 464 conversions versus, I shit you not, 2 purchase events with the "awareness" campaign with the same budget. I paid them their 3 month retention fee and told them to pack up. The sales man tried to tell me I didn't really understand how meta ads worked :) and that I should stay.
Typical experience. I'm not amazed. At least you did something. Other people just believe them. What I dont get is that in 3 months watching your ads having sales and their ads get nothing they didnt even do the basic. COPY YOU. Simple as that. Which means that either they dont know what they are doing or simply they dont care.
I currently run ads in Lithuania and want to launch a retargeting campaign. If I create a retargeting ad, that includes specific messaging for the warm audience, but instead of launching it to a custom audience, I would launch it to broad. Do you think Meta will understand that this is retargeting, and show it to warm people only?

@@KonstantinosDoulgeridisbut would you say that’s something I can rely on if I want to isolate the ad? Meaning duplicate it and launch only on that ad. If the results are good and frequency is low, it could be a sign that this ad could perform well on its own as most of its conversions are cold traffic
Sorry I dont get the question. Rely on what? On changing the messaging and using one creative? What will you prove with that? I'm trying to understand what you are asking here?
