I have to admit Evan I did have a chuckle when you broke the rake the first time, because I've done it myself but when you did it the second time I thought didn't you learn from earlier?🤣🤣 I think we've al done it at one time or another.

I’m so glad you didn’t edit out the rake incident because I laughed the first time it broke but the second time was hilarious. I laughed so hard tears came out. Stupid handles, who hasn’t had a trusted garden tool betray them? So funny since there was no pain except to your pride. I’m glad to hear the Allis will be running around again just in time for spring chores. Yayyy

Sorry for laughing when you broke the rake handle twice. That fill on the barn slab looks better and even though you tried not to get the clay, it will help. That nest looked like a hornet's nest without the outer cover, that's the way they look inside, tiered layers each getting smaller from top to bottom. I enjoyed the video, thanks and have a great Friday and weekend.

Random thought. Since you do use gravel a lot throughout the year, why dont you put a dedicated storage area for the gravel? Like one of the concrete pads, put a small 3'-4' 3 sided cinderblock box for it?

Hey Evan, my husband had the bright idea of replacing my broken wooden handles with metal pipe. He'd use either chain link top rail or those canopy type carports. The inside diameter of the pipe fit good over the rake or shovel. He'd then drill a hole and put a bolt thru. But you could go better and weld the pipe to the implement. You'll never have to replace another handle again. I'm with you, looks like a paper wasp nest to me. Never seen one that big.

Previous video you and Rebekah were busy cleaning the barn, collecting eggs and adding manure to the garden. Since you have so many eggs, crush or powder eggshells could be a source of calcium for the plants too. By the way, Rebekah's egg noodles looks yum yum 😋🤭
