@@funkmantim2661 perhaps. Or if The Core would have waited, as Andrias suggested, until it was ready, maybe they could have had some sort of wireless connection to prevent something like this. Had the smartest minds in all of Amphibia, it could have thought of something to counter act the issue.

Wireless connections are more risky as data can be easily intercepted with the right frequency. Darcy would've been lagging left and right.

That is their main flaw in this show, they love to watch people suffer, but are pretty brainless when it comes to actually ending one’s life. It’s honestly funny when you think about it.

I understand your point, but I don’t think it’s fair to compare the two shows in this manner. While the two have highly overlapping fandoms, Amphibia is a fundamentally different show from The Owl House. TOH is a story-driven show, and is very serial, from the very beginning. You’d be very confused if you started the show at season 2. Amphibia puts more emphasis on single-episode adventures, save for a few eps sprinkled throughout the show, and the final eps we’re watching now which ties the overarching plot from the show all together. Amphibia is more of the classic “Saturday morning cartoon” that you turn on your TV to watch. It’s a lot more light-hearted (mostly), and you can watch an ep mid season 2 and not need that much context to understand what’s going on. The finale and it’s rather short build up is really just to tie everything together. Remember, this is a show primarily for the 8-14 demographic, so they’re less interested in intense several season arcs. So yeah, can Amphibia compete with TOH in this regard, perhaps not, but I don’t think they should be compared so harshly. They should both be appreciated for their individual virtues. Also, I’m kinda biased. I enjoy Amphibia a bit more than TOH imho (though I love both).

Ya it feels to me that they rushed it cause they didn’t want it being cut short and had to sacrifice some plot for them to tell most of the story. Like king Andreas’s backstory feels like it got cut short.
