You'll need
1 onion
2 green peppers
1 tomato
3 eggplants
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon pepper paste
2 cups bulgur
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups of chicken stock (300 ml)
1.5 cups of hot water (300 ml)
To fry the eggplants;
Oil
1 cup = 200 ml
