I'll get dumped on for saying this, and I admit i'm standing on my own, I think Daniels is the best ladder match wrestler of all time.

That is surprisingly tough to dispute... I would have never said that, but honestly seeing it in writing he has to be in the conversation.

Christopher Daniels is respected by everybody and looked as a true professor of the pro wrestling industry.

Before this whole announcement of All In I had never seen anything of Christopher Daniels. Truth be told my only real knowledge of professional wrestling to this point is WWE and even then I'm only talking a few years at best. Sure, I'd heard of him through Reddit in relation to his matches with Styles and Joe in the past but since the All In announcement is the first I'd seen any of his body of work, in or out of the ring. I actually respect him so much for taking this match with Amell. Stephen Amell is a true athlete and will put 100% of himself into anything he does but he's not a professional wrestler and for him to be booked at the biggest Indie event ever is absolutely huge. Not only that but to have his first ever singles match on a stage of this caliber is incredible. You're going to have some of the very best in the world performing at All In and for CD to take this match with a rookie, someone that's been in 2 previous matches, someone that's never been in a singles match in their life, knowing full well that he'll have to be well in control of this match in almost every aspect is truly admirable. Then you look at the way that this guy is building this match in this episode and I'm hyped, he's clearly something very special.

I've never really watched much RoH and less of CD. I've seen a few matches here and there but that's about it. This buildup to All In has really highlighted to me how good CD actually is. I didn't think I would be but I'm actually super hyped for this match.

Do you mean storyline driven odd-couple tag matches every week for 3 months? Somehow, although they had a part-time champion for over a year, they don't understand the value of keeping somebody off of TV or at least out of matches for a few weeks. (Triple H is starting to use kayfabe injuries in NXT, so there is hope)

Did I miss something? I have NJPW World and I see nothing about it. ROH Honor Club however is showing All In which I have as well. I just hope it's going to be on demand because I'm not sure what is happening Saturday at this point. All I know from then until I see it I'm staying away from computers.

higler420 from looking at Amell in the ring, he doesn’t look that bad for someone who has wrestled a few matches and his footwork looks good and clean from what I’ve seen so I would think that Daniels could definitely get a good match out of Amell, he’s gotten good matches out of worse wrestlers

Yeah, his footwork seemed a bit loose on the rope runs, but like you said, he's not even a wrestler so I'd say he's certainly trying his hardest and giving it his all. I sorta think of this match like Kenny Omega vs the 9 year old or the blow up doll. Daniels will be in complete control and Amell will just have to follow his direction. I know Daniels is going to bump his ass off and make Amell seem formidable. Honestly, I'm looking the most forward to this match and I've never watched a second of arrow, I just like the idea of the match.

Biggest doesn't have to mean simply attendance or revenue or numbers. This is a huge event spanning multiple wrestling organizations with fans, promoters and wrestlers working together which hasn't been done since the old nwa/territory days and even then it was different. this has the potential to change almost every aspect of 'the business", from the way it's viewed to the way it's booked to the way it's promoted to the way wrestlers are contracted to the way wrestling companies view each other and work together and more. While you can point to certain examples in recent memory of how some similar things have been done, nothing compares to the size and scale of this. It feels like it could be the catalyst for a completely new era of wrestling, and that's fuckin BIG.
