Hagoromo has an MS but it didnt show in the series because when he stabbed Hamura that was the time he activated both MS and Rinnegan but it quickly evolves to rinnegan. Hagoromo mentioned to Kaguya that he both actived those 2 dojutsu. And i also added, Hagoromo doesnt have a Rinne-Sharingan. Only Kaguya and Madara achieve that
