From the third and last episode of the OVA.
It surprises me they had Violence Jack in this OVA but no Cutey Honey because Honey is one of Go Nagai's big three alongside Devilman and Mazinger Z. I'm not complaining, though.
I don't own any of this.

Putting violent jack in this anime, is like putting machete into a childrens movie. A fact made even better by the fact that this did also happen.

The last scence was pretty clever. It indirectly indicated Violence Jack's true identity.

As far as i know, the scene you mentioned is actually the only one where you see Violence Jack acting embarassed like that. It's funny because it's very out of character for Jack but it still works due to the nature of this OVA.

Fun Trivia: Violence Jack from this and Violence Jack OVA 3 - Hell Wind, was voiced by Unshô Ishizuka, the same guy who gifted life to Professor Oak (Pokemon) and Old Joseph Joestar (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure). I also recognize him as the 5th voice actor for Heihachi Mishima (TT2-onwards).

Also how his dialog around 1:36 eerily goes along the lines of Prof. Oak's iconic "Welcome to Kanto Young Trainer" speech at the beginning of the Red/Blue games.
