They let ER die off because Master Assassin is a god Tier talent, your energy regen is going to be huge in raid, you damage and burst is going to be to be huge.
first time playing rogue ever in tww, and one of the most flavorful and cool mechs for me was the ER minigame. It tested knowing how many CP will my next ability give for maximum damage/reapplying deathstalker/etc. sad to see it gone, it was fun to play around
glad to see at least 1 rogue talking about stuff. i wish outlaw and sub were worth talking about those 2 specs of our class doesnt really seem to have anyone out here on youtube dropping and giving their outlook on the specs moving forward. just a lot of disappointed outlaws and subs wondering what they did to deserve losing shadowstep and invigorating shadowdust. after being solid parts of the kits for so long.
Sub didn’t lose shadowstep for what it’s worth but It really feels like 10.2 was a course correction and they need to follow through. Idk what or when but I think we’re moving to a brighter future and this is a small step. Can only hope that they’re cooking
@@whispyr5793 I am not optimistic like you, because i dont know if same dev still in blizz but i can not forgive how they ruined outlaw playstyle at Dragonflight launch, we said please dont touch gameplay, just make number nerfs, they just could not resist, they totally ruined gameplay, it was perfect amazing fun piano gameplay.
Really liking the changes to the playstyle a bit i think i'll swap out wire for 1 talent of scent of blood or Serrated spikes as well. Will need to see which one sims better. As usual top level work my brotha thanks as always.
I'm so happy the ER mini-game is gone! Also you know it's a Whispyr video when he says "ok, did i miss anything?" and you still have 26 minutes left. Love the video like usual dude!

With a rogue rework so recent as the end of Dragonflight, I'm kinda surprised that I'm sitting here thinking "looks like we could use a rework" but the changes to twist the knife, and my personal 'meh' response to the hero talents makes me feel like they have some good ideas, but need another iteration or two on them for the spec to really come together as something I want to main again.

I wish blizz gave up on sanguine blades consuming energy and changed it somehow. It just never ends up working right and even if it does it kinda sucks. Since, in your words, bleeds suck (😢), we could use a talent that helps out in that regard. I still miss the old exsang (blasphemous i know)
will this mean that we lose 2-3 press talents right? i really dont like playing assa right now becouse of slice and dice, thistle tea and reasounding clarity, it feels like a really wierd rotation. Would love an answer on this whyspyr:)
Yeah that’s what I was doing. It just feels SO BAD. Whoever designed this hero talent didn’t spend enough time on it. My alts HTs feel soooooo much better than rogues. They need a lot of QOL.
Just 1 question. If our envenom is up and let's say, 4 seconds remaining, we are at around half energy, do we cast another one immediately or wait 1 sec?
