My boy was 3.4 kgs at the time he was born, I bought some preemies, I suggest don't. It's not gonna fit. During ur last ultrasound, the radiologists usually give u approximate weight of ur baby, so buy accordingly. Buy a sleeping bag only if the baby is born during winters, else don't. It will be way too hot. Baby Carry cot is not recommended. You do you though. Mittens big no, they need to explore their fingers, it's important for their motor skill development. Make sure u cut their nails timely so that they don't scratch their face, rest no mittens at all. Socks are wastage as well. Buy one or two, maybe for hospital visits during early days. Buy a good, long lasting stroller from day 1, it's extremely useful. Putting a baby to sleep is the most difficult thing after constant feeding, rather invest in an automatic electric swing to make it easy for urself. My baby like I said he was 3.4 kgs at the time of birth n he kept on putting good weight, it became extremely hard for me to rock him to sleep. Huge suggestion for all the new mommies, do not pick up ur baby moment u hear him/her cry, baby cries for multiple reasons, find out the reason if it can be resolved without picking them up. Putting a newborn to sleep on its own is CRUEL. Crib is just gonna be useless furniture lying n staring at you 😂 Playmates are useful only when a baby is wide awake n wanna play. However a swing is gonna be extremely useful while putting them to sleep. Another important tip, do not put the baby to sleep in an extremely quiet place. When the baby sleeps, keep the door open, let the normal conversation go on, let the kitchen noise go in. If u don't follow this tip, ur life will be in trouble. 😂 Don't need to invest in another item which can easily be managed without buying one. Cutting off any form of noise while baby sleeps, is gonna cost you your peace of mind in coming months. Have a strict sleep schedule set from day 1 so that baby falls into a habit of knowing that it's time to sleep. Giving a warm bath at night after a good massage helps a ton. I used to give him a good soothing massage, followed by a warm bath in a baby bather n nurse him, he used to have a sound sleep. This is my personal experience being a mom of a 5 year old. Made a ton of mistakes to learn to not repeat again this time.

Crib was the best thing we bought... Both of us could sleep well and so did my daughter... We move a lot and occupy a lot of place.. So as new mom rest is imp so the little rest we get if your baby is not next to you you can sleep well...

I have two strollers, luvlap one i find very very hard to maneuver, to change directions and it takes so much space in the car. Very hard to travel alone with it. I bought R for Rabbit travel stroller and love it. Its perfect, can operate alone, takes no space at all and is super comfy for my boy.

Sweety my baby was full term. 3.09kg baby girl. I bought one set of premie like many youtubers suggest and she didn't fit into it. Not even the booties or mitten. Just go for newborn clothes please. This is the only product i regret buying.

I did not buy a baby rocker I didn't want to practice that so after feeding I just put my baby on my lap or arms gently rub her forehead she will go to sleep and then place her in the crib .

Hai Sameera. How are you? I only watch very few videos in RU-vid, I watched your video about feeding and how to increase the flow of milk. After watching the video I felt same I also had frustration, stress for not having enough milk. I used to hate myself for not producing enough milk, I cried also. But luckily I watched the video and used Galact. That is a game changer for me. And, I must Thankyou sharing your experience. The satisfaction of feeding my baby with my milk is priceless. And I have a question for you. Do you use cellphone while feeding Arhaan or when you are with him ?

Carry cot is not comfortable as I see the baby head is forward and the back looks not properly rested By the time my baby has self support neck this will be out of his size cause it is the same size for now 😢 waste of money Atleast the stroller is useful
