as a person who completed Mario Wonder I FELT MOST OF THIS. (just a quick message im almost 100% complete with mario wonder i just need to complete the last two words which are special world and uhh beach like where bowser fight is)
Wheezing so hard. I spent a week to 100% Mario Wonder. Then I spent the next two weeks watching my brother and my dad 100% it. I have experienced/seen most of the content in this video.
As a person who has completed the game, this video brings back memories… I’m glad that I didn’t have to endure half of those things, (but unfortunately had other pains 🥲
I thought this was just going to be a complication video or a video essay about the worst parts of Mario Wonder but this was way better. Also my favorite part is 1:34
every time i do jump jump jump, i always do one wrong misjump and either jump too early, or the blocks are moving too fast for me to keep up, causing the block to disappear below me
For those who unfortunately don’t know if you reach the special world there’s a poplin who specifically can sell standee’s that you don’t have, so have fun realizing waiting for Lady Luck to be on your side was for nothing
I'm still not over that I was so close to beat the sunbaked desert special world stage on my first try only to miss to last jump and fell to my death. This is why I don't really 100% games.
@@JohnnyWonder12 I did beat it, though, because I collected all the big flower coins and was committed to beating it no matter how many lives it cost me (good thing I stocked up!).
One time when I died playing as Nabbit (I had Jet Run on) I tried to fly over to a Yoshi player then without them knowing they restarted the level and left me to die
The one moment where I got pushed into the lava or poison as Yoshi. I even got squished like a million times trying to find the Flower Coin on a Dolphin Kick challenge. My other pain is missing a jump during one of the challenges where you had to go up really high & hope you don't miss a huge coin in some corner. Falling was a sweaty palms moment. Jump, jump, jump was just as bad the first billion times too, I'm either too early or slower than the Skedaddlers shooting me in the head. The final, final test was just awful... I even missed a coin & had to go through hell for it, just falling, falling, FALLING while invisible to my death trying to catch the inflatable fish. I die in the first section too, the poison owns my Yoshi bottom, every time. The first time (or million times), I struggled trying to kill all the Boos within the time limit given, that sucked. Even trying to catch the swimming Talking Flowers was terrible if you're too slow to keep up with all three. I've 100% the game twice with the semi-helpful live player shadows who leave standees whenever, lol.
Excuse me sir, you forgot the search parties. Specifically you forgot to play an incredibly sped up timelapse (10X speed) of you jumping in every possible location trying to find the 4th token in the level "empty park?" Missing a jump in Floating High Jump 1 by a centimeter. Every special world level has pain in it. Bouncing on the right side of the hoppo turns it around. Climb to the beat is harder than the final final test because the blocks are faster than you. The final part in the goomba trial where you bounce on the bubbles and that part is RANDOM, so you need to get very lucky after 5 minutes of goomba gameplay. Pole blocks has that one tall enemy. The spike one is 80% blind jumps. The section with the few dragons confused me for 20 minutes. I didn't think you had to jump off the things that you are intended to ride for the rest of the game. Fungi mines special is forgettable.
It took so long to complete badge marathon, I had so much trouble with the bloomp invisibility part . Once I was one bloomp away from the platform, then I missed. I’m happy I got the top of the flagpole first try. 😅 Also climb to the beat was worse than badge marathon. For me, it was hard to complete 2 TIMES. The second time I had to do it with a family member 👺👹 Edit: I have now 100%’d super Mario wonder! Just use emotes for the bloomp invisibility part 👍
Rhe very last scene, I had rhat happen to me THREE times on the Final Final test at the invisibility section right at the final platform just before the flag pole. I didn't make land and just grabbed the side kf the wall. I would jump spin and regrab the side of the wall all while slowly slowly descending down to my death.
