I just had an argument with my mother about something that is halal but she wants me to stop doing it and I gave her daleel that it's halal but still she wants to impose her opinion on me and it's been bothering me so much. I was a brainwashed Christian, long story short, I found so many contradictions and evil that I found the truth in Islam mashallah. I was in agony for a month asking God for the truth. I became Muslim a week before Ramadan this year and I've never been fed so much truth, peace, love, and ease in my life subhanallah. May Allah (SWT) bless us and have mercy on us all. Where do I being? Truly my words will never do justice to how Ustad Nouman Ali Khan has Transformed my life by the Will and Grace Of Allah. He hasn't only transformed me, but also my 8 kids, and my husband striving to Please Allah. I was this mom who used to prioritize worldly matters and be consumed by it and the moment I committed to Bayyinahtv ( Where you learn about the Quran, tafsir and all the great gems form Ustad Nouman ) it completely transformed my life to a level that I am at peace with What Allah decrees for me, because now I've made my Allah the priority of my life. I am doing things I could never thought I'd be able to do emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually by the gift of connecting with Allah's book through the effort and guidance of Ustad Nouman Ali khan. I am in tears of absolute joy! I pray that your place and the entire team of bayyinah be granted the front row seat to Gaze at Allah's Glorious Face! Among the Assaabiquun! I was always intimidated by the idea of speaking truth when I know it's going to shake our lives but with one of your lectures Allah granted me the required courage and Inshallah I'm gonna go ahead with His commandments... Your lectures are surely Allah's gift to many of us..
This lecture has set so many things right in my head I cannot explain that. I am used to over thinking, I have done mistakes, went wrong but I always try and rectify myself when I know I did wrong. I can totally sync that even with my clear intentions and sincere apologies, people and family around me never seem to accept me. I apparently became people pleaser and felt terribly guilty. I pray and seek forgiveness and protection from Allah in all my prayers. Now onwards, I will be more confident to move on my past mistakes and lead a better life with a healthier mindset. Thanks for such lectures, in today’s generation there are so many people with so much to say, ask and get answerd. Your way of explaining Quran has helped me to understand Islam better than old ways of just reading translations and knowing of how much of a sinner I m. Quran is full of hope and mercy I could learn those via respectful medium like yours.
