Allen first responders recount May 6 response 

Over the last year, Allen Police and Fire Departments have spent time with first responders around the world to share about the preparation, tools and training used in the quick and life-saving response to the shooting at Allen Premium Outlets. Their stories, captured in this video, have helped teach dozens of departments about the importance of teamwork, cross-training and collaboration when responding to a mass casualty incident. As we prepare to mark one year since this tragic event, we’re grateful for their continued leadership and vulnerability in equipping other departments with this critical knowledge.
