How many of you know Slaskan Allie has won three straight NCAA 3200 steeplechase championships, and probably would have won the 5000 titles, yet the finals were held a short time after the steeplechase!!! Plus last year she has fad injuries. If she is healthy this spring Olympic trials, watch out!😉👍

Pretty sure it’s the other way around d as Allie is the pro runner of this duo and 3x NCAA Champion. I’ve never heard of Spencer Brown but did look him due to the comments on this video about Allie.

I have always been in love with the Stanford track. It is surrounded with old growth Eucalyptus trees. You can smell the oil everywhere. It's almost medicinal!
