I was once accosted by an employee from Allied. It was surreal. All I was doing was trying to find the place for my appt for a mammogram.

The first sec of this vid i knew this person is not doing the right thing.

The fire aspect suggests the doors somewhere are either chained or damaged so badly that they won't open properly.

In Illinois smokers are supposed to stand 15 feet away from a doorway. Might be different in this case because the building is considered closed.
