That's actually a real thing alligators do. When they get a hold of their prey, they spin like that to break its neck/spine and then drag it to the bottom of the lake to drown it.

Quests aren't necessarily going to be given at a price that makes sense unless no one takes it. It's the law of supply and demand. How much demand do the quest-givers have to see this quest get done, and how many adventurers are prepared to actually take the quest? If no one takes it, raise the price until someone does.

Gary Is Gaming If she’s beside her believers, then she can. In the LN, it was revealed that she turn all the hot springs of the Axis Cult into Holy water instead of normal water. The Axis Cult made a lot of money from that and they finally believed that Aqua is the goddess that they worship. And as much as I hate to admit it, the Axis Cult is pretty useful later on in the story.

That's why kazuma had such a sad look and felt bad when she told him that he genuinely felt bad for her not getting any better

Ehh, I thought it was more like "Her stats are maxed so she's able to purify an entire lake in one go."

My assumption is that while Aqua's stats are essentially maxed (aside from Luck and Intelligence) as a result of her godly nature, she's still starting at the bottom of the experience track like everyone else in this world, so she's locked out of most high level abilities and some of her powers available to her still hit a cap of some kind that can only be overcome by higher levels. In D&D terms, she's got a 20 in most of her stats, but she's still only starting off as a Level 1 Cleric, so she can only do so much with them, and the fact that she usually only takes the most useless spells available to her really solidifies how useless she actually is.
