Who chooses a CURSED sword in the first place? Kyoya had it coming on both counts, first from Kazuma stealing and subsequently selling Gram to Dust, then buying it back for an absurdly higher amount of eris. (Given their financial situations, that money didn't last long for either of them.)

It was pretty brutal the way he did it too. If I remember correctly, he closed the distance and covered the guys mouth with one of his hands - used Create Water, filling his throat with water and then casting Freeze on the water in the guys throat. Kazuma can be a savage when it comes to combat.
