I fell in love with Country/Western, Folk, Blues, Soul, Jazz, great lyrics and good music as a very young child in the 60s. Black, female, searching for identity, this is who I wanted to be when I grew up. Much Love Allison.

AS a Montrealer her home town her album gives me great joy i am going to see her in 2 days i am so excited i love fer from po girl and the birds of chicago and our native daughters she is a treasure and i love this album outside child i have it on cd and vinyl and when i hear the song Montreal she makes me cry her sining is exquisite and her french is impecable she is a great ambasodor for Montreal thank you allison

Everything Alison is. I can feel her kindness nature, through her music. I was just thinking the other day... I only have three females singers, compared to hundreds of male singers. She is A Goddess to music and what a roll model for the world 🌎 I think 💜🌸💯
