The "Allison from Palmdale" episode is my favorite of the whole Sarah Connor Chronicles series. Summer Glau's performance was masterful!! One of my top 5 episodes of TV ever!! ❤❤❤
This was the sequence that to me solidified Summer Glau to me in wanting to see her play a live action version of Amanda "Amy" Ripley, Ellen Ripley's daughter from the ALIEN franchise. Summer looks similar to Sigourney Weaver when she was young and even mannerisms and acting is very similar and powerful. Love these two actresses and I would love to see them work together.
Me too. Cameron is more "angelic" even if sometimes she is an angel of death. She's unrelenting and beyond human. A real girl could never measure up just as Sarah said in T2 about men and would-be fathers in John's early life.
Like I robot said a ghost in a machine this whole series we see Cameron become a robot to literally become Alison’s reincarnations it sad but beautiful
Scary seeing a Terminator interrogating a human and having their own prison some of those prisons human are being experimented on for the T-800 series wish we knew more about Allison relationship with future John
Summer💜Glau became in the Firefly,Sirenity,TTSCC Franchises is becuz back in 2002 She auditioned for WildForce PowerRangers of Alyssa Enrile she was the 2nd choice for the role,afterwards she met Joss Whedons Firefly n became the SciFi Icon we all Love her for but she Would've made a Fantastic PowerRanger.💌💗💟

Who is Allison Young. I understand that she is a human and part of the resistance but why does Cameron take on the persona. Not just the personality but the memories. When she glitches again she remembers Allison's memories. Did that happen with any other Terminator? I just thought they all came off the factory line not given the true memories of humans? Can anyone explain more fully?
She takes on the persona to infiltrate the camp and get close to John Connor. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NpqSC0f17M0.html It is likely that the writers were implying a dimension of empathy has developed in Cameron which has influenced her ability to confuse memories/imagination of memories and reality.
It is believed that eventually an A.I will develop its own conciousness, perhaps that is what is happening with it/her. Same in Dark Fate. It could also just be a glitch that made her simulate those emotions since terminators have the ability to sweat and "cry" if they wanted to but they dont really feel it.

The TOK series has much better programming. In a fanfic, a damaged Cameron had her 'initial programming' corrupted so she had to dig up a 'deep cover' infiltration program that made her 'react' as if she was a real human with real injuries: weeping, crying out. limping etc. It did not make her very 'combat effective' and a bit of a 'pain' to try to travel. In the fanfic she and John had to eject from an F14 resulting in damage to her ankle joint
This episode is one of the most crucial ones in the series, as it unveils basic things about what Cameron actually is, why she can be so special and what was her true purpose before becoming John's protector. It cannot be skipped! Some episodes where Riley was could be omitted though.
