Almófar - L'Ange de La Mélancolie 

There is not much I can say about this band (or it might just be one person) but all I know about them is they are from France and have two other albums to the name, as well as they cover a number of BM songs from notable artist such as Burzum, Paysage D'Hiver, Summoning and Empyrium. They play what could be called Epic Ambient. A way I can describe it is its very depressive sounding.
