I'll show you a much simpler method, without getting your hands dirty, to make the shortcrust pastry and the almond paste in a single tool!
This does not mean that you can't make the dough by hand, if you prefer!
Remake them, they are DELICIOUS!

📝 Ingredients: for 16-18 biscuits (7 cm diameter)
For the Almond Paste:
200 g Peeled almonds (or 20l g almond flour)
100 g Sugar
Almond flavouring
For the Shortcrust Pastry:
250 g 00 Flour
100 g Butter
100 g Sugar
1 Whole Egg + yolk
Vanilla flavouring
Apricot Jam
Icing Sugar
